How to control asthma
There are a couple different medications that you can use to prevent the symptoms of asthma. Inhaled corticostroids is taken in the form of mist and is used to prevent the airways in your respiratory system from swelling up. Long acting beta-agonist inhalers relax the smooth muscles to prevent symptoms as well. Cromolyn is another medication taken through an inhaler to prevent asthma symptoms.
